1. What Ziving is

Ziving ("we", "us") provides a page-hosting and blockchain-watching service: fundraisers create a public page, register a read-only Zcash unified full viewing key (UFVK), and we display incoming shielded donations on that page and its stream overlay as they confirm on-chain. That display service is the whole of what we sell.

2. What Ziving is not

• We are not a payment processor, money transmitter, custodian, or escrow. Donations are sent by donors, from their own wallets, straight to the address the fundraiser registered. We cannot hold, freeze, redirect, reverse, or refund a donation, and we never possess spend keys.
• We are not a party to any donation. A gift made through a Ziving page is a private transaction between the donor and the fundraiser. Any understanding, promise, or contract about that gift exists between those two parties alone, and any dispute is theirs to resolve.
• We are not a charity regulator. Pages are unverified by design: we do not check who runs a campaign, their identity, their cause, or how funds are used.

3. Donate at your own risk

Because pages are unverified and payments are irreversible, donors must satisfy themselves that a page is genuine before sending anything. Send only what you are willing to gift outright. Ziving accepts no responsibility for the conduct of fundraisers, the truth of their stories, or the use of donated funds.

4. Fees

• Donations: no cut. Fundraisers receive the full amount a donor sends. Ziving takes no percentage of donations.
• Scanning credit: keeping a page live costs a flat $0.10/day, prepaid in ZEC via a quoted gateway payment. Credit buys scanning time; it is not a deposit and is non-refundable once applied.
• Featured placement: homepage spotlight is a separate flat-rate purchase (from $5/day), also prepaid in ZEC and non-refundable once the run starts.
• On-page wallet service fee: if you pay or donate using the optional in-browser Winbit32 wallet, a 0.1% service fee is added on top of your amount (minimum 1 zatoshi) and paid to the wallet operator. It is shown in the send form before you confirm. The recipient still receives your full amount. Paying from any external wallet avoids this fee entirely; standard Zcash network fees always apply.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own keys. Seed phrases, owner tokens, magic keys, and recovery codes are shown once and never stored by us in recoverable form. If you lose them, we may be unable to help, and we can never recover funds.
• Fundraisers are responsible for the lawfulness of their campaign and for any tax, reporting, or regulatory obligations that attach to money they receive, in every jurisdiction that applies to them.
• Donors are responsible for their own decision to give.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Ziving for fraud, impersonation of a person or organisation, campaigns that are unlawful where you or your donors are located, or for evading sanctions. We may cancel or delist a page at our discretion, without notice, where we believe it breaks these terms — cancelling a page stops the scanning service; it does not and cannot touch funds already donated.

7. Privacy

No accounts, no emails, no IP logging on campaign pages. The UFVK is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and decrypted only inside the scanner. Donation events are pruned after roughly 30 days. Public pages display whatever label, story, and donation memos exist — memos sent by donors appear publicly on the page, so donors should not put private information in a memo.

8. Service, warranty, liability

Ziving is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Blockchain scanning can lag, quotes can expire, and displays can be delayed or incomplete; the chain itself, not our display, is the record of what was paid. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in service fees (scanning credit and featured placement) in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the acts of fundraisers or donors, for lost keys, or for the value of ZEC.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use of the service after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
